Rady Children’s Hospital X-ray Department
Sometimes, we may request that certain studies be done at Rady Children’s Hospital. This will depend on the type of procedure and age of the child. Some younger children will require anesthesia or sedation to be able to complete the procedure. Your provider will be able to direct you on this.

NOTE: Quest will draw labs that will be sent to the Rady Children’s Hospital Lab, but the lab order must be on a Rady Children’s Hospital lab slip. If you are an HMO and must use the Rady Children’s Hospital lab, please make sure you have the correct lab slip.
