Well Child Visits

  • Call our office between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM to schedule these appointments. We recommend that you call and schedule these appointments as far ahead of time as possible, so that you have the best selection of dates and times to see your child’s primary provider. We have schedules for three months in advance in our computer.
  • The best advice for scheduling Well Child Visits during the first two years of your child’s life is to schedule the next visit as you leave the office at your Well Child Visit.
  • Our Physician Assistants and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner are also well trained for Well Child Visits and Sports Physicals and at times you will be offered to see them for certain visits.
  • Well Child Visits over 5 years of age will need a vision and hearing test.  This will be scheduled just before your actual appointment with the doctor.  If your child wears glasses or contacts or regularly sees an eye specialist, they do not need to have the vision test.
  • Well Child Visits are scheduled to be done between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM on Monday through Friday and not on weekends.
  • We will confirm your pre-booked visits by phone a day or two before, so when you receive confirmation of your appointment make sure you listen to the confirmation and know which office you are in – Suite B105 or Suite C206.

  • NOTE: Please bring any preschool, school, sports or college forms with you to your child’s Well Child Visits and we will fill them out at that time.  Also bring your Immunization Card for Well Child Visits or Immunization Visits or if you planning to having any immunizations done.  If you are dropping off any forms at our office, without your child being seen, please note there is $10 processing fee for filling out any forms.  Please drop off and pick up all forms at our main office Suite B105.
